Qualification & Experience: Degree in Ceramic Engineering preferably first class from a recognised university/ institute. The incumbent should have relevant post qualification experience in executive cadre as stated at III below in erection and maintenance of refractories in the areas of coke oven, Blast Furnace, Steel convertors, Lime Dolo Plant, Sinter Plant etc., in a large Steel Plant.

Environment Management:

Asst. General Manager: 01 Post

Qualification & Experience: Should be a Graduate in Environmental Engineering or Graduate in Civil/Metallurgical Engineering with P.G Diploma/ Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Science or Masters Degree in Environmental Science with Doctorate in Environmental studies from recognised university/ institute. The candidate should have relevant post qualification experience in executive cadre as stated at III below in a large Steel Plant in handling Environmental Pollution Control Equipments, environmental monitoring, compliance of State/ Central Government, environmental clearance conditions, forest clearance conditions etc. Knowledge of computers is an added advantage.

Finance

Asst. General Manager (E5)/ Dy. General Manager: 01 Post

Qualification & Experience: Should be a Graduate from a recognized university and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India with good academic record and should have relevant post qualification experience in executive cadre as stated at III below in preparation and finalization of Accounts, Budget and costing, store and Materials, Accounting and Audit in a large steel plant. Candidates should have experience of Customs Regulations, Taxation, Excise law and other statutory regulations. Working knowledge of computer is necessary.
